Selection of the most stable release for the desired feature-set, including upgrades that require multiple version hops.
Reading all Upgrade Guides and Release Notes for the new version and upgrade process.
Running pre-upgrade scripts to check for common pitfalls and technical debt that may cause an outage to fail or stall.
Meeting with relevant team members and stakeholders to discuss the entire upgrade process and determine the best date and time to perform the upgrade.

During the Upgrade Window

We drive the entire upgrade, with your team, on a Webex or Teams call.
If there is an unforeseen issue with the upgrade, we will drive the troubleshooting and work with TAC, and, using our inside knowledge of Cisco support, bring a full RCA of the issue and completion of the upgrade.
